So It's been three days since I was back and boy oh boy..I've got to say, its been one hell of a holiday so far. Firstly, the mosquitoes are feasting on me, as usual. Secondly, I actually tried doing prep today but I eventually gave up. Thirdly, I've been chillin' at home..more like lazing around watching dvd's all day. Oh wait, I actually went to the gym! Ya huh! And fourthly or fifthly, whatever..my laptop has been sent to be fixed and apparently its completely erm, how do I put that, dead? Oh yeah, there's only one thing I have to say. SCREW YOU, BENENDEN'S IT DEPARTMENT! There we go. I needed to get that off.
Anyway, I just think that youtube is like the perfect website to cure boredom. It's like what, 2.24am right now? And I'm so freakin' bored and waddya know! There's always youtube! Oh yes, and I have to say, I think I'm getting better at this jet lag thing! I only slept until 3pm the first day. Other than that, I've been waking up pretty early these few days. That's quite good. And I'm still waiting for my House dvds that I bought online. They're suppose to have arrived but nope, nothing in the mail.
Aaand, the KUA household has recently become obsessed (a bit of an exaggeration there) over cupcakes! Oh yeah! We've been baking like 30+ cupcakes everyday. There are normal sized cupcakes and my personal favourite; bite size cupcakes.
So, I'm currently reading Prey by Michael Crichton and I have to say..the nanotechnology swarm thingy's really creeping me out. They're not even ghosts or anything..just science stuff but still. But it's really good though. And I also realised the resemblance in how michael crichton and dan brown write. Well, sort of anyway.
I guess I'm gonna end here for now. I just gotta say one more thing. Nicole Teow Sue Mei and Kua Ying Ling! Hurry up and come home! I can't wait to go out to 1 utama when it's all peaceful and empty during weekdays. hehe.

OH YEAH! IM FINALLY HOME! I was afraid that I was gonna be really bored cos my laptop is like..a gonner and yeah, I'll be having jet lag and then I'll have nothing to do. Thank goodness, my brother got this ultra mini laptop from my dad..when i say mini, i mean mini..SUPER MINI! it's smaller than an exercise book. At least it has internet. That's all I need to survive.
Anyway, on the plane, I sat next to the grumpiest woman. Apparently, my sis said that she was giving her death stares. And she was picking her nose when I wasn't looking! Ewwwww! So disgusting! And when I looked at the hand rest, her flakes of nose shit was all over my side..And yeah..She's just really weird and scary. I watched three movies on the plane! woo hoo! I watched The Family Stone, Just Friends and The Ringer. Johnny Knoxville was so funny in the Ringer! hehe.
So yeah, home sweet home. I can't wait for daylight tomorrow! It's gonna be sunny! Perfect! Let's just hope it doesn't rain.
Alrighty then. The keyboard on this laptop is so small that it's getting annoying to type on this thing.

SOMEONE SAVE ME!!! MY SPANISH ORAL IS IN 10 MINUTES! I'm so scared but on the other hand, I just want it to get over it. Nevertheless, it's freaky shit! I got so nervous and intimidated by the teacher. Hopefully I don't get tongue tied or anything.
Anyway, yes, I haven't been updating for ages because my laptop has crashed and I had to prepare for my spanish orals which took me absolutely ages.
Ok, I really don't have the mood to blog anymore. I'm too nervous.

So I have an excuse for not updating for such a long time. One is work and the other is because of the new filter system that the school has introduced (which sucks by the way). and you know what? they could be reading this right now but who cares. It sucks anyway and they should know that. Honestly, we don't have privacy anymore. They can read our emails and msn conversations if they want to. I'm not saying they do or anything but if they were really bored and wanted to, they could. But anyway, no swearing on this site from now on 'cos they have a machine thingy which can detect the amount of swear words there are in a website and if there's too many, they'll block it.
And, eversince this filter system (they call it bloxx) has been introduced, my laptop (which I got only two months ago) has crashed. The mouse and keyboard's not responding. So, there you go. The evil works of the IT department. And guess what they say when we told them the internet wasn't working on apple laptops.."ohh..well, this new system isn't really compatible with apple laptops". Well, you should have taken that into account before you had this stupid bloxx thing. Let's juts hope 'stupid' isn't a swear word.
So yeah. That's pretty much my excuse. Anyway, this weekend I'm gonna watch Final Destination 3! Can't wait even though I haven't watched the first two. The trailer of the third one looks really cool though. Aaand, I feel so free and relieved now that I've finished my english essay.
And this is to nic..if she reads this. I don't think I can see you in my summer hols cos I'll be on a long holiday to alaska and america again so yeah..Hopefully, I'll get to see you for a few days or something.
I think I better go now. I still need to go to cubies and do my sit ups for the day. Aaand, I'm using Karen's laptop to update as well. And she's just sitting on the floor playing her guitar like a beggar.  She's gonna kill me when she reads this.

New York was awesome. I've never done so much shopping in my life before. I think that I actually bought like a whole suitcase of stuff. Shopping there is so much better than London. It's not that shopping in London is bad but shopping in New York is even better. So let's see...
Day 1
When we reached New York, it was already 3 something or 4. So we ate in the Hotel. Oh yah, we stayed at the Soho Grand Hotel and that's where Travis Barker stayed the last time he went to New York in Meet The Barkers. Oh yeah. So yeah, after eating, we headed straight for Marc Jacobs. And my sister got scolded by the taxi driver and a bicycle dude. Haha. The addresses in US are so confusing. And the bicycle dude was just really anal and annoying. So anyway, at Marc Jacobs, I bought a pair of shorts and flats. Wooh!
Day 2
Went to Midtown. Visited Times Square and all those places there. Took loads of pictures. Most of them are just buildings but the buildings there are so nice. Visited the mtv store. Bought loads of t-shirts and stickers. Aaand, they were showing MTV cribs on the streets! On the bilboard. It was so cool! Went to Banana Republic and got a pair of shorts (jeans). I don't think that I actually bought any winter clothes. I'm preparing for summer! Hell yeah. For dinner, we went to Megu. It's a really cool Japanese restaurant. It's really modern and cool. Food was good too.
Day 3
Big blizzard. Snowstorm. Yup. It was the biggest snowstorm New York has ever had. We were in history! Woooh! There was like 26 inches of snow at Central Park or something. But we had to stay in the hotel for pretty much the whole day. That was hell. I was waiting and waiting for the snowstorm to end. I kept watching the weather channel. And it did! In the evening. So we went out. But only for 20 mins cos all the shops were closed. Boo...And, we didn't get to go to Per Se for lunch cos of the blizzard. That's like Top 5 or Top 10 in the world as well. DAMMIT!
Day 4
Yes! It's payback time! Since we lost a day of shopping the day before (due to the snowstorm/blizzard), we went crazy this time. Shopped in Soho. It's such a cool place. Shopping there was fantastic. We went to Bloomingdale's and that was good stuff. I found the nicest pair of tracky bums from L.A.M.B. And again, I bought summer stuff. Aaaand, I got a Coach bag cos it's so nice. And we visited the main line Marc Jacobs shop and I saw the nicest bag but I didn't get it cos it was too expensive for a small bag. It was like 770 dollars for that small thing. But it's the nicest bag. Sigh. For dinner, we ate at one of the Top 10 or 20 restaurant in the world. It's called WD50. And the stuff there are weird but nice. They fried rice like french fries.
Day 5
We went to Madison Avenue and Fifth Avenue. First stop was the DKNY store and it was so cool! Basically, you can take your picture there and it's in black and white and they were project it on the screens in the shop. So my sister and I took one and we were on the tv of the DKNY shop! Wooh! They even printed our picture for free! Really cool. Then we went to Barney's New York. Man, it was so exclusive. It's even more exclusive than Harrods. Well, I think so. I only dared to shop at the top floor which was the co-op floor with the less ex stuff but even then, it was still quite expensive. So we just browsed through the expensive floor and omg..I saw this jacket. It was just a short jacket and it wasn't made out of leather or any special animal skin and it was like 2000+ dollars. Holy shit!!! Well, for dinner, we went to Woo Lai Dak or something. It's a Korean restaurant and it's so good!! Food in New York is so bloody good! Highlight of the day was shopping at Abercrombie and Fitch. The shop itself is so cool. The clothes are fuckin cool. And the people working there are dressed in summer clothes.
Day 6
Today was just for all the last minute stuff. Like changing my sister's Tsubi jeans cos the lady gave her the wrong size. Went to Madison Avenue again. Went to ESPN zone. So cool. I wanted to play at the arcade but my mum said that I was wasting time. Sigh. Oh yah, and we went to the NBA store as well. But it was on the Times Square day. And basically, highlight of this day was Tao. That's one of like the celebrity eating places in New York. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see any celebrities. But the restaurant is so nice. There's like a huge HUGE buddha statue which I love! And that's where they filmed HITCH!!! It's for the speed dating part. But the food there wasn't that great. But I enjoyed the atmosphere.
So that's that. I also managed to catch the latest One Tree Hill on tv. Well, now it's the second latest cos the new one just came out. But anyway, it was so good. And the next episode is gonna be really good as well. Aaaand, my sister managed to find the One Tree Hill Volume 2 Soundtrack. It's the Friends with benefit one. Really good.
So basically, that was New York for me. Pure shopping. And struggling through the snow. I love New York, really. But I wouldn't live there if I didn't have to. It's too fast moving and too busy. Conclusion? New York is the ultimate place to shop. Oh yeah.

omgomgomg..i'm going home tomorrow! well, not back to malaysia but to london and I still call that home. Yaaay! Then off to New York the next day. It's gonna be one hell of a holiday. There's gonna be lots of shopping! Oh yes! It's like heaven. Except for the weather. Anyway, french "test" yesterday was not that bad but bad enough. It was a listening test and that's what I suck at. To add to that, I Revised for Unit 1 and 2 but guess what? I got a test on unit 3 instead. Freakin' unit 3 which I haven't even done yet. Wth? So I had to do the test with lack of vocabulary. But I managed to pass anyway which was satisfying. And today? I have a Spanish test and Latin vocab test. YAY! Sigh. I just hope I do well in the writing test for Spanish. As for latin, its just vocab so yah. Nothing big to worry about. What I got in my mind now is how the hell am I going to pack for half term and revise for physics and I have to get both done by tomorrow. Cos' bloody physics test is tomorrow and I'm going back tomorrow. Great. I've never actually revised for Physics a day before. So let's see how this goes. You know what? I'll start revising now. Bye.
Ok. So Spanish test wasn't that bad except that my plan backfired. Cos we (everyone taking spanish) knew that it was gonna be on vacation so I prepared a piece to write. But nooo, they changed it and we had to write what the details that they specified in the test. Arghhh! It was ok I guess. Except for the last point which I had no idea what it meant so I just skipped it. Which I shouldn't have. Sigh. Moving on, Latin vocab test was postponed to tomorrow. So I have two tests tomorrow. Latin and Physics. Yippeee! And revision for Physics wasn't that bad since it's mainly memorising formulae and applying them. Ho ho ho, it's maths all over again! Yay! I love Maths. Just kidding. Well, not really. So for PSHE today, we had to fill in our CV. Like, a sample one. And man..mine isn't that great after all. I mean, my achievements are fine but I seriously gotta get more responsibilities. Sigh. So depressing. Oooh yes, and I got 75% for my first official French listening test. I'm quite happy about it, seeing that I hadn't even touched unit 3 yet. Wheee! But I have to say, my listening skills are actually crap. They speak too quickly and I always end up hearing something else. Great. Man, I can't wait to go to New York! It's gonna be an awesome holiday. It's gonna be all women so there's gonna be a lot of shopping. Aaand, we're staying in the hotel which Travis Barker and Shanna stayed in when they were in New York filming Meet The Barkers. How cool is that? And we're also gonna eat in the restaurant that was in Hitch! It was the part where the speed dating thing happened. OMG! I'm so excited! Omg! And I wanna get that I LOVE NY t-shirt thingy. Right. I better be going now. Need to finish up my revision and packing.

I just had such a bad day (well, part of the day) and it's not even the end of the day yet. I don't know what other bad stuff's gonna happen but I'm definitely not looking forward to it (or them). I just had a fuckin' Spanish test which I totally screwed up. In the Grammar test, I didn't see the first part of the question and I lost 2 marks for that. And for one more, I forgot to put an accent which I lost one mark for. And there was two others which I guessed. So all together, I lost 5 marks in my fuckin' Grammar paper. Then, there's the bloody listening paper where I lost 5 marks as well. So all together, I lost 10 marks. WOO HOOO! It's all down to my writing paper to pull me up. I.AM.SO.FUCKING.SCREWED. I HATE THE 6TH OF FEBRUARY! ARGHHHH!
So let's see. Where do I start? Well, I'll continue on my bad day. Percussion ensemble today was just plain annoying. That's right. Annoying. Number one, he (the teacher) was just going on and on about timpani's and legatos and shit like that which I don't care. Well, not for today when I'm so pissed off. And the stuff that I had to play on the marimba was in bloody bass clef. I haven't read bass clef for ages and argh. Let's just say, percussion ensemble didn't go well today. Thank goodness I'm skipping percussion lesson on thursday. For once, I love flute more than percussion. You know..I never used to think that I'm going through angst and all but now I'm not so sure. If this is just a phase that I'm going through, then I'm desperate to get over it. What, with all that existentialism or wtv u call that. English prep wasn't that bad today. I actually found it funny naming mini divisions in the Old Man and The Sea. I recommend you this book if you feel that you need a bedtime story. A longwinded one about a fisherman holding on to his fish. Sigh. I only have one wish for today and that is I hope that the rest of the week will not be like today. Not worse than today either but better. I forgot to add one more thing. My percussion teacher can't stop swearing. He told us to tell the conductor to fuck off if the conductor tells us that our sticks are too hard or something. Yeah, that's all for today.

So Fixed Exeat's over and so is Chinese New Year celebration. Next up, half term hols! Anyway, I went to London for Fixed and it was so much fun! Cos' it was like a mini reunion. Jing Qi, Ying Yi and Yling came. Laughed alot. Watched Full House. Finshed it. Kim Sung Soo is FIT FIT FIT!!!
Moving on, yeah, anyway, the new car arrived! And so my dad decided to drive. You should know that he hasn't driven for about a year. And so anyway, yeah he decided to drive us to Sainsbury which is only like five minutes away. And it was his first time driving in London as well. So we used the navigator and it was total chaos! It was him, me, Cindy, Tzsuen and my mum in the car and omg..My mum and the navigator are like enemies! The navigator was like "Turn right" and my mum will be screaming over the navigator "NO! TURN LEFT! I KNOW A SHORTCUT!" and we were just yelling and it was just terrifying. But we got to Sainsbury and back in one piece so that's fine.
Oh yes. English was horrible today. Well, I wouldn't say horrible but it was bad. We got our essays back and we all know that that's a bad thing. We had to write a creative writing piece on the sea and ooh boy..I'm never gonna do what I did. Bad move. Basically, the word limit was 1000 words max but I decided to write a short piece (about 500+ words) and it wasn't exactly a story. It was just a moment at the beach. This girl was walking along the beach and she has cancer and all and she's just reflecting about how calm the sea is and bla bla. Not such a good idea. Cos' Ms. Hatt said that it was too short. Argh! I really hate English so much. I think that English Lang. and English Lit. should be an option. I'll ditch English Lang for sure. I'm so frustrated! I HATE ENGLISH! I HATE ENGLISH! I HATE ENGLISH! I love foreign languages but I hate how we have to study English in such depth.

It feels like ages since I last updated which was about orchestra. Man, that was a bad experience. Well, let's see. I spent most of my entire week revising for tests. That's right. Revising and revising all day long. Such a waste of time. Well, it's not entirely a waste of time but I don't think I should have spent that long. However, good news though. I improved LOADS for geography. From 79% to 100%! I was so happy! Mwahahaha! Cos' last term geography was my crappiest subject but now it's like WOOOH! HELL YEAH!
Moving on, it's fixed exeat tomorrow!!! So many things to look forward too. Well, for one thing, it's Chinese New Year. And I also get to go to London. And I get to see Yling as well. So that's good. I'm also gonna see my two other cousins which I haven't seen for absolutely ages. But after fixed exeat, there's gonna be a Bond Dinner thing. Yes, Bond as in 007. Argh. It's so annoying cos school made it way WAY earlier than it was meant to be. So now, during fixed exeat, I gotta go look for something to wear. Hey, at least I have a reason to go shopping. Actually, I have two reasons to go shopping. First one is cos of the Bond dinner thing and the second is cos its Chinese New Year and my mum said that I have to wear new clothes!
Oh yah, it snowed today. Argh! I hope it doesn't snow tomorrow. I hate snow. Yeah, I know that last year I was like "OMG! SNOW!!! IT'S SNOWING!! YAAAAY!" But after that, I've learnt not to like snow because after awhile, I just got bored of it and it just got more and more annoying cos it was so difficult to get to class without slipping and falling down. And it also takes ages to clear up. It gets wet and muddy and ewwww..I just don't like it. So anyway, it snowed really heavily today. But it was more like raining cos the moment the flakes (it was more like tiny balls) landed on the ground, it melted. So you could say that it was actually raining. And naturally, my hair got wet, together with my books and my guitar case and bla bla.
Right. Supper time. IT'S GREEK SUPPER TONIGHT! haha! MOUSAKA!
